Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

– by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed exclusively through the Bank and the respective card organizations (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) by reversal, partial reversal, or cancellation of the original transaction.

Pravo na odustanak od ugovora

Imate pravo da odustanete od ovog kupoprodajnog ugovora u roku od četrnaest (14) dana, bez navođenja razloga.

Rok za odustanak iznosi četrnaest dana od dana kada ste vi ili treće lice koje ste vi odredili, a koje nije prevoznik, preuzeli robu.

Da biste ispoštovali rok za odustanak, dovoljno je da pošaljete obaveštenje o ostvarivanju prava na odustanak pre isteka roka za odustanak.

Posledice odustanka

U slučaju odustanka od ovog ugovora, dužni smo da vam vratimo sve uplate koje smo od vas primili, uključujući i troškove dostave (osim dodatnih troškova koji su nastali zbog toga što ste izabrali drugi način isporuke osim najpovoljnije standardne isporuke koju nudimo), bez nepotrebnog odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od četrnaest (14) dana od dana kada smo primili obaveštenje o vašem odustanku od ugovora.

Povraćaj sredstava vrši se korišćenjem istog sredstva plaćanja koje ste koristili u prvobitnoj transakciji, osim ako nije drugačije izričito dogovoreno. Možemo zadržati povraćaj sredstava dok ne primimo robu nazad ili dok ne dostavite dokaz da ste robu poslali nazad, u zavisnosti od toga šta nastupi ranije.

Robu morate vratiti bez nepotrebnog odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od četrnaest (14) dana od dana kada ste nas obavestili o odustanku. Rok se smatra ispoštovanim ako robu pošaljete pre isteka roka od četrnaest dana.

Troškove vraćanja robe snosite vi. Odgovorni ste za eventualno umanjenje vrednosti robe samo ako je do toga došlo usled rukovanja robom koje nije bilo neophodno za utvrđivanje prirode, svojstava i funkcionalnosti robe.

Za plaćanja izvršena kreditnim ili debitnim karticama, povraćaj sredstava se vrši isključivo preko Banke i odgovarajućih kartičnih organizacija (npr. Visa, MasterCard), putem storniranja, delimičnog storniranja ili otkazivanja originalne transakcije.
